She discusses how to push our comfort zones and how to choose courage in our society of uncertainty. Netflix Series: Brene also has a special on Netflix titled the Call to Courage. Her discussions are based around emotions and the experiences that make us human. HBO Series: Brene has just released a five-part series on HBO Max, discussing core concepts from her newest book, Atlas of the Heart. There are so many ways to consume Brene’s goodness, so here is a brief guide.
